Power Platform Automated Intelligent Document Processing System
End-to-end Accounts Payable system built with Microsoft Power Platform. The solution uses Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Dataverse to manage quotes, purchase orders, and invoices. Quotes can be turned into purchase orders with added line items and tax configurations. Invoices are cross-checked with related purchase orders, auto-populated with line item details, and run through cost validation and approval workflows. Once approved, invoices are staged, combined into a single Excel file, and saved to SharePoint for easy upload into the accounting system.
